🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

📦 Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or made-to-order items


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.


🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues.
